Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)

Every child deserves a healthy smile

At Puckle St Dental, we believe that every child deserves a healthy smile. That’s why we’re proud to participate in the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), an Australian Government initiative that provides affordable dental care for children aged 2-17 years.

With the CDBS, eligible children can receive up to $1000 in Commonwealth funded benefits for general dental services over a two-year period. This includes basic dental services like check-ups, x-rays, fillings and extractions, ensuring that essential dental care is accessible to families.

To check your child’s eligibility for the CDBS, simply fill out the Child Dental Benefits form below or login to your MyGov account. To ensure that you make the most of your child’s entitled benefits, it’s important to keep your details up to date with Medicare and Centrelink. If you have any questions or concerns about the CDBS, our friendly team is here to help.

At Puckle St Dental, we strive to provide high-quality dental care for children in a warm and welcoming environment.
